A simple set of guided exercises that allow deeply held tension to be released, whether it stems from stress, trauma or repetitive movement conditioning.

TRE stands for Tension & Trauma Release Exercise. It is a simple set of guided exercises that will trigger the natural tremor mechanism in the body, allowing deeply held tension to be released. The premise of the concept is that tension in the body, whether it is caused by stress, trauma or simply by the repetitive movement we take our bodies through in our sedentary lives, has to be released through the body itself. You will learn how to let go in a controlled manner, through activating body tremors. This in turn will allow you to better harness your energy, typically resulting in a state of energised calm. 

All sessions take place in our meditation studio.

90 minutes initial session / 60 minutes follow-up sessions
