”Steve has played an integral role in the set up and launch of the Spa in 2009 and has since then spent every minute of his free time (days off and holidays) to develop his knowledge, sharing this and improving the services of the Spa. Steve has developed and initiated the Watsu Spa offering and raised the Spa’s profile tremendously. His creation of a 'Goodnight Watsu' treatment at 9pm when the Spa closed, was an excellent way of taking advantage of the pool in privacy. Further to this, Steve has developed and facilitated a training plan to develop all our therapists and created an intensive training program. This was a very profitable investment for the Connaught and suited the business flow, unlike most training programs that are costly. In my 15 years of experience, I have not met a more ambitious and devoted person, whom once he sets his mind to something, follows it through with relentless passion. I highly recommend Steve in any future endeavours he may pursue, as he has a high professional growth potential and is a definite asset to any business.
