Aquatic Bodywork is a unique approach that stands separately from any more known wellness categories such as yoga, massage or more alternative therapies. Most clients after their first session say they never imagined the session would lead to such a unique experience. In this sense aquatic bodywork requires a careful balance and strategic approach in terms of session performance, treatment positioning, marketing, promotion and so on in order to take full advantage and communicate its vast potential to the market.

The mission of Poetry in Water has been to position this work as both art and cutting-edge wellness, through a thoughtful approach based on technical precision, a neutral presence and attention to detail. With our experience we have been able to gain an excellent understanding on how to make these therapies shine in their very unique light, while keeping an entirely customised level of service that is effective and creates repeat clientele.

We offer our own Poetry in Water™ brand as well developing unique concepts in tune with your spa or wellness centre. We provide a complete and integrated wellness concept that includes but is not limited to Aquatic Bodywork.

   CONCEPT DESIGN.  We create a unique Poetry in Wat er™ concept in tune with your brand. This includes the conception, design, copywriting of a specialised menu, guest journey protocols, guidelines, and all related material to implement a unique presence.   MARKETING & SALES.  Our unique offering needs an original and creative approach in terms of promotion, branding and customer’s sales. We design and develop all the support material required, as well as assist you with the execution of our marketing plan.   ART.  Film and Photography are some of the key elements for communicating and educating the market about our offering. We can provide you with the art direction for your production as well as produce work in collaboration with other artists.   TRAINING.  We teach the official WATSU Spa Provider Training course certified by the Worldwide Aquatic Bodywork Association plus our own workshops customised for a high-end wellness offering. Our focus is on technical precision as well as in empowering the therapist to have a specialist presence.   GUIDELINES & EDUCATION.  One needs to be educated about our offering in order to sell a tailored experience to the guest. Other staff need to to be able to talk about it in a naturally yet effective way that creates the right buzz. We do this through a unique manual, presentations, and complimentary sessions.    ON-GOING PRESENCE.  Once the entire concept has been implemented, we supervise and lead the operation and the team. We also provide mystery shopping in order to tailor our on-going training. We revise marketing strategies and create new and original ways to communicate and engage your guests.   SPECIALIST PRESENCE.  Being on-site as specialist is the best way to ensure a successful practice and a word-of-mouth dynamic, as well as engage and motivate your team.
